Called to get a quote on window tinting for my new Ram 1500. Appointment was scheduled quickly and was even able to come in a few days earlier on short notice from me. Georgie has been a huge help through this process. I normally go with 5% window tinting but decided on going with Xpel’s XR Plus at 15% on the doors and back glass. The 98% heat rejection and Ceramic film will help in those extreme heat conditions this summer! I may get the front windshield done after I try out the tint for a few months. Recommending Sun Stoppers to friends and family in the area!

****UPDATE**** Four and half months later and a whopping 800 miles Sunstoppers ppf has begun to delaminate (peel) off my car (Photo below). l still haven't heard from the owner. Please read my story and avoid this company at all costs. How a company treats its customers during unforeseen circumstances reveals a lot about its values. I’m reposting this because Sun Stoppers decided to delete my original review. Despite my request for the owner to reach out, he has remained silent while his managers continue to speak on his behalf. Four and half month after Sunstoppers Here’s my experience with Sun Stoppers: Initially, the manager displayed enthusiasm and reassured me when soliciting my business. However, as issues arose, he quickly avoided responsibility. I entrusted them with my $126,500 car for paint protection film (PPF) installation and window tinting, and they caused significant damage, including: - Stripping paint from the hood. While they covered the repair cost, the work was done poorly. - Misaligning one of the hood scoops. - Dropping a clip into the engine bay, which cost me over $200 to fix at Nissan (I have the bill to prove it). - Removing factory-installed PPF that I specifically requested to remain intact. - Failing to apply vinyl wrap under the side mirrors. - Overstretching the PPF on the front bumper, leading to air pockets. - Poorly installing the rear window tint, requiring a complete redo. - Leaving a missing clip on the driver door, which I had to fix out of pocket. - Having extra clips just lying on the floor of my car with no explanation. I discovered the paint damage myself, and upon questioning the manager, he had the audacity to insinuate that my car had been in an accident! I had to chase him down persistently to get him to acknowledge any responsibility. When he finally agreed to have the damage repaired, the quality of the work was unacceptable. The body shop informed both the manager and me that tape should never be applied to a silicone tube. Ignorance is no excuse—Sun Stoppers should know what is acceptable when handling vehicles, especially after claiming to have done this thousands of times. To make matters worse, the paint on one side of the hood doesn’t match the other, and there’s clear evidence of overspray. When I raised these concerns, Sun Stoppers dismissed them as my problem. It’s incredibly disappointing to see Sun Stoppers continually evade responsibility for the damage they've done to my car. It’s ironic that the manager claims my experience is rare. How can it be rare when they messed up nine aspects of my order? This is not a company that shows care for its craft—it's simply unacceptable!
